yeah the escapes are very sensitive, a couple of my friends who share similar interests actually receive mails from National Parks, discouraging us from visiting these places.
Well, the least we can do is to protect the nature, do not pluck any leaves or break any branches, do not talk (unless necc), walk gently and create as little noise as possible, when visitng these places. Most imptly, no littering
